Biography
Rajvir joined Hamilton Duncan’s Commercial Litigation Group after beginning his career as a litigator at a well-known firm in Abbotsford where his focus was construction law, employment, debt collection, contract disputes and other commercial litigation matters. Rajvir thrives on complex disputes and has a reputation for strategic thinking to help his clients achieve their goals. He has assisted developers, builders, property owners and businesses of all sizes address whatever legal challenges they face and to improve their businesses and their construction projects.
Prior to becoming a litigator, Rajvir was a licensed realtor and operated his own construction company while attending Simon Fraser University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. During his subsequent years in law school at the University of Manitoba, he regularly appeared in the Provincial Court of Manitoba where he represented clients in the criminal justice system. With his law degree in hand, Rajvir completed his articles at another respected Fraser Valley firm and has regularly appeared in the courts of British Columbia since his call to the Bar in 2021.
When he is not practicing law, Rajvir enjoys travelling, golf and exploring the backroads of British Columbia by motorcycle.
