Biography

Amandeep Cheema is an associate in Hamilton Duncan’s Civil & Commercial Litigation group. Her practice consists of business ownership and inter-business disputes, real estate litigation, debt collection matters and employment and human rights law cases. She prides herself on thorough analysis, thoughtful and practical advice and, when necessary, determined advocacy.

Amandeep completed her articles with Hamilton Duncan Law Corporation after obtaining her law degree from Thompson Rivers University, where she has consistently demonstrated exceptional academic performance, regularly earning well-deserved placements on the Dean’s List. At TRU, Amandeep also served as the Co-chair of External Relations for the TRU Society of Law Students Conference and as Senior Editor of the TRU Law Review.

When not engaged in the law, Amandeep finds solace in her passion for hiking and travelling.
