Biography

Sarah joined Hamilton Duncan in 2023 as an Associate in Hamilton Duncan’s Estate & Trust Litigation group.

Sarah’s primary law practice is estate litigation, which includes assisting clients with disputes related to wills, estates, joint ownership of property, trust claims, and committeeships. Sarah also maintains a practice in commercial litigation, wherein she assists clients with land and business conflicts arising from contractual, shareholder and real estate disputes.

Sarah was admitted to the bar in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2009 and was admitted to the bar in British Columbia in 2014. Sarah’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English and Secondary Education from Bellarmine University, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of Louisville.

Sarah lives in the Township of Langley, where she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
