Biography
Brent Stickland is a senior lawyer in Hamilton Duncan’s corporate commercial group who has represented business and professional clients since 1990 in the areas of corporate, commercial, real estate and banking law.
Brent’s corporate practice focuses on the acquisition and sale of businesses including both share and asset transfers, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations, tax planning, and shareholders’ and partnership agreements.
His real estate practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial and residential properties, commercial leasing, property development, including subdivision and stratification, and joint ventures.
Brent advises clients on all aspects of Banking Law, including acting for Canadian chartered banks, trust companies, credit unions and other financial and lending institutions in the preparation of commercial and residential loan security.
