Biography
Aisha Naveed is associate counsel at Hamilton Duncan, where she practices principally in the area of family law but also maintains an estate planning and administration (probate) practice as well. She has appeared as counsel before both the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia, where she has advocated forcefully in furtherance of her clients’ rights. She is pleased to offer services in both Urdu and Hindi.
Aisha is committed to providing thoughtful and effective representation to clients navigating some of life’s most sensitive challenges, including separation, divorce, child and spousal support, division of assets, and parenting time. She brings both legal expertise and genuine compassion to each matter, ensuring clients feel supported and well-guided through the complexities of the legal system.
Aisha completed her law degree at Brunel Law School in West London, England, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2020. Prior to joining Hamilton Duncan, Aisha practiced with a respected family law boutique in Langley before joining the family law team in the Surrey office of a firm with a broader practice and multiple offices in the Lower Mainland.
When she is not practicing law, Aisha enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.
