As Hamilton Duncan’s Chief Operating Officer, Aynsley directly manages the firm’s accounting department and is responsible for the oversight of all other operational and administrative departments within the firm, including human resources, marketing, information technology and facilities. The partners of the firm rely heavily on Aynsley for strategic and financial advice and support and for the implementation of the firm’s overall business strategy. She is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the firm’s key business partners and professional and community organizations.
Aynsley obtained a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree in 2005 and her CPA and CGA designations in 2014. She joined Hamilton Duncan in 2018 after several years in a senior management and administration position at another well-respected Vancouver law firm.
Aynsley grew up in Manitoba and attended the University of Winnipeg, where she was an All-Canadian varsity volleyball player. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two children, watching movies and her new-found outdoor hobbies of skiing, golf and camping.
