Biography

Jocelyn’s practice consists of commercial litigation, collections, and insurance defence areas of law. In particular, Jocelyn has advised and advocated for clients involved in contract, construction, and shareholder disputes, debt collection, bankruptcy and insolvency, and employment law matters.

Jocelyn regularly appears in court on chambers matters, and has hands-on trial experience. She enjoys written argument and oral advocacy, and demonstrates confidence and acuity in the courtroom. Her passion for giving back to her community is reflected in her pro bono legal work.

Jocelyn completed her law degree at the University of Calgary, where she participated in mooting competitions and student-run volunteer groups. Prior to that, she completed her undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, BC, where she grew up.

When she isn’t working, Jocelyn can be found spending time with her family and friends, running, or taking trips to the beach or ski hill.
