Biography
Jason is an associate at Hamilton Duncan, where he is engaged in all manner of corporate and commercial matters including purchases and sales of businesses, incorporations, reorganizations, financing transactions and others. In addition, Jason is involved with a variety of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial, including purchases, sales, leases and more.
Prior to joining Hamilton Duncan in 2022, Jason practiced at a boutique civil litigation firm where he focused on the defence of insured claims, work that he also continues to do at the present time at Hamilton Duncan.
Jason was born and raised in Surrey and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology in his hometown. Thereafter, he attended law school at Griffith University in Australia, which provided him not only a fulsome legal education but unique life experience abroad. He was called to the Bar in 2021.
Jason grew up playing a variety of sports, including high-level of soccer which allowed him to travel to various different locations overseas. He now enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
