Biography
Chelsea’s litigation practice focuses on estate and trust disputes, including interpretation of estate documents, wills variation, property division, undue influence claims, and estate accountings. She has represented clients in all levels of the British Columbia courts, and at administrative tribunals and mediations. Chelsea’s experience helps her anticipate challenges, navigate complex legal processes, and provide effective solutions for her clients.
Chelsea originally joined Hamilton Duncan as a summer student in 2014, and returned to complete her articles before being called to the bar in 2016.
In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys baking, running, reading, and winning pub trivia.
